ordered a Tommy hillfiger gilet for next day delivery and it arrived in time, the item didn’t fit so contacted masdings and they told me the quickest way to get a new item back to me as they only had 1 in the next size up left , within 48 hrs of me sending item I had my new one , speedy service and answered the phone twice within 1 minute each time and helpful. Yes I paid for the return myself but I ordered the wrong size they didn’t send me a faulty product so I fully get that. Annoying but fully understandable.
